Flemingate Competition Terms And Conditions

Introduction

• By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Flemingate (trading as Wykeland Beverley Ltd).

Eligibility to Enter

• The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older (or with accompanying parent details/permission if under 18). Flemingate employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
• By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
• There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.

The Prize

• The use of specific brands as prizes by Flemingate does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
• Flemingate’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

• The winner will be notified via the contact details provided within 3 working days of the closing date.
• Flemingate will make two attempts to contact the winner via the method provided when entered.
• If the winner does not respond to the message informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Flemingate reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

• The winner will have 14 days to collect their prize from Flemingate; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
• Data Protection and Publicity
• You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Flemingate for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
• All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing info@flemingate.co.uk. If requested by Flemingate, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to other competition participants.
• The winner’s first name will be announced on Flemingate’s social media channels. The winner can choose if they are happy to have a photo taken with their prize for publicity purposes.

Limitation of Liability

• Flemingate accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

• Flemingate reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.

VALENTINE COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS (February 2024) – This competition was cancelled on 11/02/24 due to damage to the selfie frame which made it unusable.

• The winning prize will be a gift voucher for £50 for a restaurant of choice at Flemingate.
• The winner will be chosen from the photos tagged and notified via the contact details provided within 3-day working days of the closing date of 19/02/24.

BUNNY BONANZA ART TRAIL COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS (March 2024) 

• Participants of the Trail can take their completed entry to Art & Soul during their normal opening hours and get an Easter Treat.  The first 320 entries will get a Malteser Chocolate Bunny.  Once these have gone an alternative will be offered where possible.  It’s one per entry form.
• There is one main prize for the prize draw which consists of 4 tickets for a 1-hour jump at Jump Inc. at Flemingate.  
• The winner of the prize draw will be chosen at random from all entries and notified via the contact details provided within 3 day working days of the closing date of 08/04/24.
