Celebrate Easter with Two Weeks of FREE Family Fun at Flemingate
Flemingate Shopping Centre in Beverley is set to bring the Easter holidays to life with a busy programme of free family-friendly activities, events and entertainment as part of its Easter Fun celebrations, running from Saturday 28 March to Sunday 12 April. The programme offers a mix of events, including outdoor play, animal encounters, meet-and-greet themed sessions, all designed to entertain children and families throughout the school holidays.
Highlights includes; a free ‘Fun at the Beach’ from Wednesday 1 April to Sunday 12 April (10:30am–4:45pm), offering seaside-style play in a giant sandpit. Alongside the ‘beach’ there will be a children’s funfair (charges apply for rides).
Flemingate is hosting a Spring Farm on Thursday 9 April (10am–3pm), giving families the chance to get up close to friendly animals. Visitors can also enjoy Free Crazy Golf on Tuesday 31 March (11am–3pm), while young fans can look forward to a K-pop Meet ’n’ Greet on Tuesday 7 April (12pm–2pm).
Throughout the holidays, Flemingate is inviting families to join the Hoppy Easter Hunt to find 30 unique bunnies hand-decorated by the businesses themselves. After solving the puzzle, participants are being asked to act as judges and vote for their favourite creation;
“Our businesses have put their heart into the decorations,” says Jo Bridgeman, Flemingate Marketing and Event Manager. “The hunt is a fantastic way for families to enjoy a good old fashioned pen and paper activity, see the creativity of our tenants, and perhaps win a great prize for their efforts.”
One lucky participant will be drawn from the entries to win four cinema tickets to Parkway Cinema.
Flemingate’s holiday activities are running alongside all the events across the businesses, including live entertainment with Talegate Theatre’s ‘Rapunzel 2026’ Panto on Sunday, 5 April at Parkway Cinema. Beverley Hills Diner are hosting themed events including a Disney Frozen Breakfast on 8 April, a Taylor Swift & Girls of Pop event on 10 April, free ‘Lego Make and Take’ Easter event at The Entertainer on 4 April and Jump Inc. have K-Pop parties over the Easter weekend and themed jump sessions throughout the holidays.
