Get ready for a night of festive entertainment at Flemingate for their Christmas Light Switch-On event, taking place on Friday, November 15th, starting at 5 p.m. This year’s celebration is packed with exciting entertainment and a breath-taking fireworks display.

The Flemingate Christmas event will run from 5 p.m. until 7:15 p.m., with the much-anticipated light switch-on scheduled for 6:30 p.m., immediately followed by a seven-minute firework display set to music and the headline act.  And don’t forget to keep an eye out for Father Christmas, who will make a special appearance.

Please note that part of Armstrong Way will be closed to traffic from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. with diversions in place. For those arriving by car, Flemingate’s 500-space car park is available for just £2 for three hours.  Visitors are encouraged to walk to the event where possible as the car park is expected to get full.
